If a new bid is submitted within the last 3 minutes of closing on any item, the closing time for that item will automatically be extended by 3 minutes, until no more new bids are submitted. The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP: Items can be picked up Saturday (November 19th) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm or Sunday (November 20th) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. PAYMENT by E-TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD MUST BE MADE BEFORE PICKUP (**NOTE: Our e-mail address and telephone number are shown below). (i) Please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange a time slot; (ii) All pickup transactions will be outdoors. (iii) Please phone to make alternate arrangements if you cannot pick-up at the above times.
