Auction Terms & Conditions The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalogue are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. All items are sold on an "As is, Where is" basis. The estimated minimum and maximum amounts (when shown) for each item are a guide only, based on our opinion. If a new bid is submitted within the last 3 minutes of closing on any item, the closing time for that item will automatically be extended by 3 minutes, until no more new bids are submitted. The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP: Items can be picked up Saturday (September 3rd) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm or Sunday (September 4th) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. PAYMENT by E-TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD MUST BE MADE BEFORE PICKUP (**Note our e-mail address and telephone number shown below). (i) please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange a time slot; (ii) all pickup transactions will be outdoors. Phone if you cannot pick-up at above times and alternate arrangements can be made. METHODS OF PAYMENT: MasterCard, Visa, or e-Transfer through your bank. NOTE: If you are paying with a credit card, we will need your card number, since we do not access the information which you may have on file with HiBid.
