Auction Terms & Conditions The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalogue are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. All items are sold on an "As is, Where is" basis. This is a "Charity Auction". No sales tax will be applied. Payment can be made by E-transfer (preferred method), MasterCard, or Visa. All purchases must be paid for when you receive your invoice and before you pick up your items. Note the following with regard to selling alcoholic beverages by Auction in Ontario: (i) Auction Authorization Number is AA1224878 (ii) The alcohol may not have been tested by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO). When picking up your alcohol purchases, you will be required to sign off, acknowledging that the alcohol purchased may not have been tested by the LCBO (iii) Alcohol may not be purchased by any individual under the age of 19. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any bid (or bidder). SOFT CLOSE Explanation: At the closing date and time indicated for this Auction, items will start to close at 25 second intervals. The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP Items can be picked up Friday afternoon (November 5th) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, or Saturday (November 6th) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. In order to observe social distancing rules: (i) please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange time; (ii) payment by credit card or e-transfer must be made before pickup; (iii) all pickup transactions will be outdoors to ensure proper social distancing. Please phone if you require alternate pick-up arrangements.
