The estimated minimum and maximum amounts (when shown) for each item are a guide only, based on our opinion. SOFT CLOSE: At the closing date and time indicated for this Auction, items will start to close at 25 second intervals. If a new bid is submitted within the last 3 minutes of closing on any item, the closing time for that item will automatically be extended by 3 minutes, until no more new bids are submitted. The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP: Items can be picked up Friday afternoon (October 8th) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, or Saturday (October 9th) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. In order to observe social distancing rules: (i) please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange time; (ii) payment by credit card or e-transfer must be made before pickup; (iii) all pickup transactions will be outdoors to ensure proper social distancing. Please phone if you require alternate pick-up arrangements. METHODS OF PAYMENT: MasterCard, Visa, e- transfer through your bank, or cash. NOTE: If you are paying with a credit card, we will need your card number, since we do not access the information which you may have on file with HiBid.
