Auction Terms & Conditions The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalogue are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. All items are being sold "as is, where is". However, many items are described as "new in package, never used", etc., and are being sold as in good working order. A Buyer's Premium of 10% and all applicable taxes will be charged on the purchase price of each item. Payment can be made by E-transfer through your bank, MasterCard or Visa. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any bid. EXPLANATION OF SOFT CLOSE: At the closing date and time indicated for this Auction, items will start to close at 25-second intervals. The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP: Items can be picked up Tuesday afternoon (June 30th) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, or Wednesday (July 1st) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. In order to observe social distancing: (i) please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange time; (ii) payment by credit card or e-transfer must be made before pickup; (iii) all pickup transactions will be outdoors. Phone if alternate pick-up arrangements have to be made. METHODS OF PAYMENT: MasterCard, Visa, or E- transfer through your bank. NOTE: If you are paying with a credit card, we will need your card number, since we do not access the information which you may have on file with HiBid.
